Will you help save the Earth for my cutey??
Ways we are participating in Earth Day...
- My 4y/o and I took an an old tin can, decorated and are using it to store crayons rather than buying a plastic container!
- We recycle glass, paper and aluminium
- Bring our own cloth bags for grocery shopping
- If I forget the bags, we get plastic ones and reuse them for dirty diaper disposal
- Energy effecient light bulbs
- Also we are taking 3 bags of old clothes and toys to Good Will!
What are you doing to save the Earth for your family?
Since I am currently a WAHM, I had hubby install a retractable clothes line in our back yard and I have been hanging our laundry out to dry. I actually find it very enjoyable and the hot Texas sun is free! We are pretty good at recycling and using energy effecient light bulbs. My main goal is to remember to bring my reusable bags to the grocery store!!! I always donate our used stuff or list it on freecycle.
